These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of EmpTrack, a cloud-based employee attendance system with biometric integration and payroll automation. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Description

EmpTrack provides software solutions for employee attendance tracking, biometric device integration (including API-based systems), payroll automation, product-based salary calculation, and workforce management.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Free Trial

EmpTrack may offer a limited free trial. After the trial period ends, access to certain features may be restricted unless a paid subscription is activated.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Pricing depends on employee count, features, and integrations.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
  • Custom enterprise pricing may apply for advanced features
5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes:

  • Illegal activities
  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Disrupting or overloading the system
6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. EmpTrack acts as a data processor and stores your data securely to provide services.

7. Data Security

We implement security measures such as encryption, access control, and monitoring. However, we do not guarantee that the system will be completely secure or free from vulnerabilities.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and high-availability services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free performance.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these terms
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Security risks are detected
10. Limitation of Liability

EmpTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruptions.

11. Compliance & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable laws in India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
